Liquid smoke is good for producing homemade jerky, marinating or flavoring the meat. We recommend to use circa 2 soup spoons per 1 kilogram of meat.

Liquid smoke is made by burning high-quality wood and by subsequent condensation in the water. After this the condensates are getting rid of undesirable substances. Our hickory liquid smoke is made in USA.
