As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Maso Here and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched (with a text message on the day of delivery).

Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

When will I receive an order confirmation?
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "order confirmation" e-mail. So check to make sure that your e-mail address is correct prior to submitting your order. 

How do I cancel an order I just placed?
Please call us at +420 731 140 049. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore, the sooner you call us, the better our chances of canceling the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please see our Return Policy for details.
